If you run into a problem on the platform, we’d like to ask you to take a screenshot of the problem and mail it to support@temper.works together with the relevant URL of the page on which you are experiencing the problem. We want to ask you to give us as much information as possible. What is the problem, which device do you use, and on which browser do you experience this?

With this information our IT department can immediately get started to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
