At a shift, you can find a cancellation period of 24, 48 or 72 hours. Have you been cancelled outside this period? You can claim 50%. The payment of your invoices (also a claim) will be processed through the factorization company Finqle. The client is required to cancel the shift on the platform and afterwards, you will receive an email with the confirmation and choice to claim or not claim the 50%.

If you and the client have agreed that the shifts could be canceled, you do not have to claim. This choice is up to you.
