Open the page of the shift and scroll down to the requirements. Under cancellation policy, you can find the policy that applies to this shift. 

The cancellation policy is determined by the client, who can choose between the following options: 

  • Flexible: 24 hours
  • Default: 48 hours
  • Strict: 72 hours
  • Super strict: 7 days 

The client determines the cancellation period per shift. This period then applies to both parties.

Example: Restaurant “Hapjes” has a cancellation policy of 48 hours. This means that the freelancer and the client both are allowed to cancel the shift 48 hours before the start of the shift, without causing consequences for either party.
