After we’ve checked your OSO forms and sent them to the Tax Authorities it tends to take up to 2 weeks before they can activate your VAT-ID and VAT-number. As soon as you’ve received the letter with your VAT-ID, add it to your profile and you’ll be able to continue working on the platform and get paid for your last few shifts.
Have you been waiting for over a month?
Then the application either didn’t reach the Tax Authorities or they denied your request. In both cases, call the Tax authorities on 0800-0543 (free of charge),
and ask them how to proceed further.
