A client is entitled to send you home, but has to always let you work 50% of the shift or pay you 50% if there’s no work for you to do. The payment of your invoices goes through the factoring agency Finqle. In a situation where you are sent home even before you’ve worked 50% of the shift, you can check out half of the initially planned hours.
For example:
You were supposed to have a shift from 10:00 to 18:00 and you get sent home at 13:00. The time you check out will be 10:00 to 14:00.
