Whether you can still modify a published shift depends on if applications from FreeFlexers already came in or not.

There have been no responses to the shift yet:

As long as no freelancers have responded to your shift, you can change the rate, the times and the location of the shift.

There are applications for the shift and/or freelancers have been hired:

It is not possible to change the times and location of the shift. These freelancers have responded to the shift as initially placed by you. You can always increase or decrease the rate for future applications. This rate will only apply to the people who respond to the shift, after you have adjusted the hourly rate.

Increase/decrease the number of positions

You can easily increase or decrease the number of positions on your shift at any time:

Increase

  1. Go to 'Planning' (at the top of the header)

  2. Click on the shift of your choice

  3. Click on the box with the plus sign to add an additional position.

Decrease

  1. Go to 'Planning' (at the top of the header)

  2. Click on the shift of your choice

  3. Reject all open applications

  4. Click on the cross in the grey profile.

If you want to take your shift completely offline, click here for more information.
