Can't find the answer to your question? Send us a message via chat and our Support team will help you the best they can. Do note the following:

We do not offer live chat support.

You can send us a chat message at any moment of the day, at any day of the week, but we will not provide an answer instantly. Our response times are always listed.


Open a conversation by clicking on the green chat button at the bottom right. You can do this via the app by clicking 'Ask a question' on your profile. You can also send an email to [email protected].


There is no service desk at our office and we do not offer phone support. So please ask your questions via chat or email.
