A FreeFlexer is not tied to anything, but will always find sufficient work

Working via our platform does not fit into the existing categories of 'freelancer', 'temp worker' or 'flex worker'. A flexworker with a zero-hours contract just has to wait and see if he gets work. A temporary worker is bound to a contract with an employment agency. A freelancer has all the freedom, but has to look for jobs himself and has the uncertainty of finding sufficient work.

On our platform there are over 8,000 new jobs every week for which FreeFlexers can sign up, all on their own initiative. A FreeFlexer is therefore not tied to anything, but always has enough work within reach.
