If you encounter a problem on the platform, it's best to send us a chat message with a screenshot and a URL link. Open a chat using the green icon in the bottom right corner of this page.

Explain to us:

  • What problem are you encountering?

  • Which browser are you using (for example Google Chrome or Safari)?

  • Which device are you using (for example Macbook, Apple smartphone, Android smartphone)?

Are you using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge? Try Google Chrome or Safari. These browsers support our platform the best.
