When you create your profile you will be taken to a page to verify your identity. Now follow the next two steps:
First, we’ll ask you to upload or take a photo of your ID. Make sure this is a direct photo and not a copy. Read here which types of IDs are accepted.
The next step is to take a selfie (either with your phone or a webcam).
If your ID is valid and matches your selfie, your identity has now been verified. You can continue on our platform.
Note: If your document originates from outside of the United Kingdom or Ireland, you will need to provide a government issued Right to Work code as well. Read about the Right to Work code, and how to get one, in this article.
Identifying yourself at a later time
If you have paused your profile creation at one of the steps or if your ID has expired, you can restart the verification process. Go to your dashboard and check 'Actions and reminders' or start applying for a shift.
Log in and click ‘Find work’ in the top left corner of the screen.
Select a shift and apply for it.
A page where you can upload your ID will appear.
Follow the instructions on the screen.
