In order to get started as a FreeFlexer using Temper, you generally don't need experience. You can respond to jobs freely without previous work experience.
If you have any relevant experience, make sure to add it to your profile. This way your profile will be even more attractive to your potential clients.
Temper does not check your work background. But as you can imagine, a client will expect you to actually have the work experience you’ve added. As with many things in life: also here honesty is the best policy!
