As a FreeFlexer you are not bound to anything, but you will always have enough work within reach.
The work you do through our platform doesn’t fall under the existing categories of ‘freelancer’, ‘temp worker’ or ‘flex worker’. A flex worker with a zero-hour contract has to wait and see if (s)he gets work. A temporary worker is bound by a contract at an employment agency. A freelancer has all the freedom but will have to find their own clients and so, is unsure whether they will actually find work.
Our platform has a lot of shifts which you can apply for at your leisure. This means you are not bound to anything but will always be able to find yourself a shift.
