When you don’t have an open task, you are able to delete your account. Examples of open tasks are; payments of shifts or open no show fees.
You can only delete your account after all your shifts are completed and invoiced payments are transferred to you.
Go in your menu to ‘My Profile’;
Scroll down to ‘Danger Zone’. There you will find a button to delete your account:
During the process the platform will help you delete your account including all your personal information. Do you miss us? Luckily you have 14 days to rethink your decision. After this your account will be deleted forever.
Please note:
Once you have deleted your Temper account, it doesn’t mean that you have automatically unsubscribed yourself as a sole trader for the taxman. The HMRC needs to be informed about the end of sole tradership through the Self Assessment portal. A final tax return needs to be filed as well.
