Working through Temper does not fit into the existing categories of 'freelancer', 'temp worker' or 'flex worker'. A temp worker without a permanent contract might be uncertain of getting work when they’re able to work. A temporary worker is bound to a contract with an employment agency. A freelancer has all the freedom, but has to look for jobs himself and has the uncertainty of finding sufficient work.
