Each shift is part of a job. A job contains the required skills, appearance and clothing requirements, any additional briefing, the location and contact details. Only after setting up the job, can shifts be placed. Jobs that are no longer required can be archived. They will always remain available, but are no longer visible in the dashboard.
If you are satisfied with how a FreeFlexer worked, you can invite them to your flexpool. This is a group of special FreeFlexers who have proven they can perform well in this specific job. When placing shifts within this job, you can indicate that FreeFlexers from your flexpool are automatically accepted if they respond.
