🇬🇧 Creating a job

To create a job, go to 'Projects'

Each shift belongs to a job. To create a new job, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to ‘Projects’

  2. Select a project. If your company has one location, choose General.

  3. Click on ‘new job’.

  4. Choose a job category.

  5. Depending on the chosen job group, you select the skills and clothing requirements that the contractor must possess.

  6. Fill in an additional briefing, assignment location and a local contact person.

  7. Choose which users receive TemperMail. These are all relevant messages for this job, such as registrations and cancellations on shifts and checkouts to be checked.

Click Save job. You’ve created a new job.
