Note: Please add to your briefing that a meal, such as lunch or dinner, is only available in return for a fee so the FreeFlexer understands it’s not free. If the meals you offer are limited in terms of dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian etc.), it’s good for the FreeFlexer to know this in advance as well.
