🇬🇧 Why am I not receiving invoices?

We can easily update the preferred email address for invoicing.

Used Temper and didn't receive an invoice? That shouldn't happen.

When creating your account, you had the opportunity to specify the preferred email address for invoicing. It’s possible a small error was made, or perhaps you’ve changed email addresses since then?

In any case, no problem! Please contact our support team and let us know which email address should receive the invoices. We’ll be happy to make the adjustments for you.
