Clients can choose their cancellation period when publishing a shift. Both the FreeFlexer and the client can cancel outside of this period without consequences. The client can choose from the following options:

  1. Flexible: Both parties can cancel without consequences up to 24 hours before the shift starts.

  2. Standard: Both parties can cancel without consequences up to 48 hours before the start of the shift.

  3. Strict: Both parties can cancel without consequences up to 72 hours before the start of the shift.

  4. Super Strict: Both parties can cancel without consequences up to 168 hours before the start of the shift.

If the client cancels within the period before the shift begins, the FreeFlexer can claim 50% of the planned payment within 7 days.

If the FreeFlexer cancels within the time period, they will need to look for a suitable substitute through the platform.

If the assignment was cancelled by mutual agreement – then the FreeFlexer is free not to claim.
