No FreeFlexers have applied for it yet:

You can only take a shift offline when no freelancers have applied for it. Here's how to set a shift offline:

  1. Go to 'Planning' (at the top of the header).

  2. Click on the shift in question.

  3. Unselect all open applications.

  4. Click on the 'X' in the grey profile:

I want to cancel a shift that freelancers have been hired for:

When a freelancer has been hired on the shift, you need to follow the step-by-step plan below:

  1. Cancel all hired freelancers. Click on the dots in the freelancer's profiles and confirm, 'Cancel [freelancer name]. '

  2. If it's within the cancellation period, you'll see a warning message that states the freelancer is entitled to claim 50% of the original payment. Confirm this if you understand this.

  3. The shift has no more hired freelancers. Reject all pending applications as well. Click 'edit' at the top of the screen.

  4. Reduce the number of positions to 0 by clicking on the empty box above the 1.5. Click save. Your shift no longer has available positions for freelancers to respond to.

Please note when you cancel a freelancer within the cancellation period, they will have the opportunity to claim 50%. This claim can be withdrawn within 7 days of sending written proof in which the freelancer agrees to waive the claim.

A tip, was the cancellation mutually agreed? Make sure you have this confirmed via a message from the freelancer and send it to Temper's Support team via chat. Support can remove the claim or cancel the possibility to claim within 7 days.
