🇬🇧 What if the FreeFlexer is not at the correct location?

The FreeFlexer is present at the address visible in the shift description:

Ask the FreeFlexer to come to the new location. Try to work it out together. If they are not able to come to the new location, the FreeFlexer is entitled to claim 50% of the original payment. They have met all the requirements of the shift after all. Please add the correct address in the shift description to prevent this from happening in the future.

Tip: If you have worked it out together and agreed that the FreeFlexer will not claim – make sure you have written confirmation. This can be in the form of, for example, a Whatsapp message, text message or email confirmation.

And what happens if the FreeFlexer then decides to claim 50% of the shift afterwards? Send your proof to support your case, they can remove the claim up to 7 days after it was requested.

The FreeFlexer is not present at the address visible in the shift description:

Ask the FreeFlexer to come to the new location. Try to work it out together. If they cannot, the FreeFlexer has not met the requirements of the shift. In that case, you may give the FreeFlexer a no-show.

Keep in mind that the FreeFlexer has an option to dispute the no-show. You will need to react to the dispute within a week and decide if you would like to remove the no-show fee from the FreeFlexer's profile.
