If a FreeFlexer does not meet the dress code as described in the job requirements, the FreeFlexer may be sent home free of charge. After all, the FreeFlexer does not meet the requirements and/or skills they initially told you they had. In this case you may also give the FreeFlexer a no-show.
Please note that this is only possible if the requirements were specifically mentioned in the job description.
