How can I add or change my bank account number?

Go to 'Invoice and payment' in your personal profile

You can easily add your bank account number & sort code the profile yourself. Keep in mind that account you provide has to be in your own name.

This is how it works:

  1. In the browser: press 'Hi [your name]' in the top right corner of the screen.

    In the app: press 'Profile' in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  2. Go to 'My profile'.

  3. Scroll down to ā€˜Invoice and paymentā€™.

  4. Click on ā€˜editā€™.

  5. Fill in your bank account number & sort code and click ā€˜Saveā€™.

  6. Your bank account number has been added.

As an extra security step, payment details can only be modified with our help. If you want to change the account number in your profile, contact our support team via chat.
