It could happen that every now and then that the client does not agree with the hours you’ve filled in during the check-out. The client can use a counter offer in such a moment for you to agree with. This of course only if you agree with the counter offer.
The moment where you don’t agree with the counter offer because you believe that the hours they’ve filled in don’t match up with the time you’ve worked, it is advisable to contact the client themselves. This way you can solve the misunderstanding with the two of you. You can find their contact info in the shift description and in the mail you received. If there’s no contact information in these then we advise you to try and find their information through Google.
