Yes, it is possible to switch to direct debit.

  1. Please contact us via the chat if you are interested in direct debit. Please indicate for which account the direct debit should be set up and to which e-mail address the sign-up forms should be sent (this is usually the e-mail address of the person who is authorized to request an authorization from the bank).

  2. We will arrange this with our partner Finqle, who is responsible for invoicing.

  3. Within one working day you will receive from Finqle a SEPA mandate for a European direct debit (Mandate) for signature.

  4. Return this mandate to Finqle and the direct debit will be set up.
