A shift can have a cancellation term varying from 24, 48, 72 hours or 7 days. If a client cancels you when the cancellation term has expired, you have the right to claim 50% of the total shift amount. To make this possible, the client will have to cancel you through the platform after which you will receive an e-mail enabling you to complete your claim. When you choose to proceed with your claim, the factoring company Finqle will transfer this to you as soon as the client has paid.
