It’s possible that you were unable to make it to a shift due to unexpected circumstances. In this case you need to find yourself a substitute through the platform.
If you can’t accept a substitute in time or if you can’t find one, you will still be expected at the location. When you don’t show up for a shift this will result in a no-show. Your attendance percentage will decrease and the client has the option to claim a compensation fine of € 100,-.
You won’t be able to apply for new shifts until you have paid this fine. The applications you have pending will remain and you will also be able to work the shifts you’ve already been hired for.
Once you’ve paid this fine, you will be able to apply again, and the paid amount will be transferred to the client within 30 days. This means that after this period, a refund has to be settled with the client.
Note: If you don't meet all of the shift requirements or leave the shift without your client's consent, you may receive a no-show as well.
