If you are experiencing an error on the platform or in the app, it’s inconvenient of course but we are here to help.

There are a few things you can do in the meantime, if this does not work you can send us a chat with a screenshot of the problem and the URL link to the page.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your shift applications. For example, if the app is not working properly, always check the platform via the website, preferably via a laptop or PC. This way you won’t miss a shift or checkout.

If the app is not working properly, we recommend that you check whether you can update the app. You can also always uninstall and reinstall the app.

We update the app quite often, so you may not be using the latest version yet.

If you still run into problems, here's what you can do;

Open a chat via the green icon at the bottom right of this page.

Explain to us:

  • What problem are you encountering?

  • If specific shifts are impacted - tell us what the dates and client’s name are.

  • Which browser are you using (for example Google Chrome or Safari)?

  • Which device are you using (for example Macbook, Apple smartphone, Android smartphone)?

  • Make a screenshot

  • Share the link of the page in the chat

Are you using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge? Try Google Chrome or Safari. These browsers support our platform the best.
