Via 'user roles' at 'companies'

If you are the company representative, you can manage all users and functions of your profile.

  1. Click on 'menu' and go to 'my company'.

  2. Scroll down and click on 'user management'.

  3. Here you can manage all users and assign them different roles.

Roles

  • Representative: has the rights of 'user' and 'billing', and can manage companies.

  • User admin: can add, delete and manage users.

  • Financial representative: receives emails from us about invoices and payments.

  • Planner: manages projects, jobs and shifts, accepts FreeFlexers and completes checkouts, as well as assigning rights.
