How can I add or change my bank account number?

You can easily add your IBAN / bank account number to the profile yourself. Keep in mind that the IBAN you provide has to be in your own name.

This is how it works:

  • In the browser: press 'Hi [your name]' in the top right corner of the screen.
    In the app: press 'Profile' in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  • Go to 'My profile'.

  • Scroll down to ‘Invoice and payment’.

  • Click on ‘edit’.

  • Fill in your bank account number and click ‘Save’.

  • Your bank account number has been added.

To change your IBAN you must reach out to support

As an extra security step, payment details can only be modified with our help. There are two steps to this process.

Step 1: If you want to change the IBAN number in your profile, contact our support team via chat or email at [email protected]. We need your olds IBAN, new IBAN and proof that the new IBAN is in your name (for example a screenshot from your online banking).

Step 2: After you update your details, you will receive an email from Finqle. Your payments will be processed to your new account only after you confirm the details with them.
