Sometimes a client may reach out to you concerning a last-minute shift for which they need a FreeFlexer. You’ll only be able to work this shift if they have hired you before the starting time of the shift. This means an agreement has been made, which secures your status and protects you as a FreeFlexer. Your hourly rate will be ‘fixed’ that way and the invoice will be sent to the client in your name after the shift. Would you like to work a shift but you can’t apply for it? This entails that you won’t be able to work the shift due to the reasons mentioned in the link above.

What if I have worked without being hired through the platform?
That’s a tricky situation which we advise you to prevent. Unfortunately, we are only able to assist you in shifts and agreements that have been agreed to through the platform.
