Open the shift page and scroll down to the requirements. Under ‘cancellation policy’, you can find the policy that applies to this shift. 

The cancellation policy is determined by the client, who can choose between the following options: 

  • Flexible: 24 hours

  • Default: 48 hours

  • Strict: 72 hours

  • Super strict: 7 days 

The client determines the cancellation term per shift. This time period applies to both parties (clients and FreeFlexers).

For example: Restaurant “Hapjes” has a cancellation policy of 48 hours. This means that the FreeFlexer and the client both are allowed to cancel the shift up to 48 hours before the start of the shift, without any consequences for either party.
