Have your identification documents expired? Request a new one at your municipality ASAP. It's your own responsibility to have a valid ID.
Check-in with your client(s) if your ID has expired before starting a shift. Clients may always ask you for identification and keep in mind that a driver's license often isn't sufficient.
You need a valid ID to continue applying for shifts. When your ID has expired, you'll still be able to check out your worked hours and edit your personal information.
