Call the FreeFlexer and try to find a solution together.

The FreeFlexer is present at the address visible in the shift description:

Ask the FreeFlexer to come to the new location. Try to work it out together. If they are not be able to come to the new location, the FreeFlexer is entitled to a claim of 50% of the original payment. They have met all the requirements of the shift after all.

Please add the correct address in the shift description to prevent this from happening in the future.

Tip: If you have worked it out together and agreed that the FreeFlexer will not claim? Make sure you have a written confirmation. This can be in the form of, for example, a Whatsapp message, text message or email confirmation. Does the FreeFlexer claim 50% of the shift afterwards? Send your proof to support, they can remove the claim up to 7 days after it was requested.

The FreeFlexer is not present at the address visible in the shift description:

Ask the FreeFlexer to come to the new location. Try to work it out together. If they cannot, the FreeFlexer has not met the requirements of the shift. You may give the FreeFlexer a no show in that case.
