When you create your profile you will be taken to the page to verify your identity. Two steps will now follow:
First, we ask you to upload or take a photo of your ID on the spot. Make sure this is a direct photo and not a copy. Read here which types of ID's are accepted.
The next step is to take a selfie (either with your phone or a webcam)
If your ID is valid and matching with your selfie, your identity has been verified. You can now continue on our platform.
If you have paused in the meantime or if your ID has expired, you can restart the verification process on your dashboard at 'actions and reminders' or when applying for a shift.
Log in and click on job search at the top.
Click on a shift.
Apply to a shift.
The page appears where you can upload your ID.
