Clients have the option to publish shifts without a definitive start and end time. These flexible times can deviate from 0 up to 3 hours.
How do I recognise a flexible shift?
The shift page will include the predetermined times with next to that the times it can deviate to or from.
When will the shift times be confirmed?
The client only has one option to change or confirm the hours before the cancellation policy goes into effect. After that, the times will be set and can no longer be altered. Only when a client changes the times will you receive a text message. Has nothing been changed? Then the predetermined times will be relevant and you will not receive a message. As soon as the cancellation term goes into effect the times can no longer be changed. Make sure to check the cancellation policy in your dashboard so you’re up to date with the start and ending time.
