As a FreeFlexer you are responsible for covering the damages that you cause in the workplace. The prices for these claims can be really high. For example, think of a cutting machine that breaks down or a painting in the hotel lobby that accidentally gets damaged.
Thanks to our liability insurance, the costs of the damages will be covered if you report the claim within 2 weeks after the accident occurred. With the new liability insurance, you also have an advantage over other FreeFlexers who are not insured. This way, the client is ensured that the costs will be covered if something goes wrong. Clients can see whether you are insured when you apply for a shift.
