How does it work?
You’ll get badges based on the quality of your work and your reliability. The more shifts you work with high ratings and the higher your attendance and punctuality percentages are, the higher your chances of earning a badge.
What are the requirements to be eligible for this program?
You worked 50 or more shifts.
Your overall rating is more than 4.6.
Your substitution percentage is less than 10%.
Your attendance is more than 95%.
Your punctuality is more than 97%.
The last 12 months you worked at least once.
You’re excluded by no more than 5 clients.
When will I receive a badge?
You get badges based on the job categories that you have worked in. It could happen that you meet the overall criteria for the program but still do not have a badge. This is because there are additional criteria to earn the badges.
There are two types of badges per category:
The golden badge
The golden badge is awarded for a particular category if you meet the following criteria (in addition to the general criteria described above):
You worked at least 30 shifts in the category.
Your average rating in the category is 4.9 or higher.
The silver badge
The silver badge is awarded for a particular category if you meet the following criteria:
You worked at least 20 shifts in the category.
Your average rating in this category is 4.6 or higher.
What are the advantages of Temper Pro?
This badge will be displayed on your profile and clients can see it while selecting candidates for their jobs. So the badge gives you an advantage over other FreeFlexers!
