When the client has cancelled your shift after the cancellation term has passed, you can claim 50% of the total shift amount. In order to do this, please click on the orange 'claim 50%' button that is visible as a shift status in your job overview.

Once done, you will see ‘claimed’ as a new shift status. Your claim has been successfully submitted!

Keep in mind: you can claim within 7 days from the cancellation.
