How do I recognise a flexible shift?
The shift page will include the predetermined times, and then next to that the times it can deviate to or from.
When will the shift times be confirmed?
The client only has one chance to change or confirm the hours before the cancellation policy goes into effect. After that, the times will be set and can no longer be altered. Only when a client changes the times you will receive an email. Has nothing been changed? Then the predetermined times will be set and you will not receive a message. As soon as the cancellation term goes into effect, the times can no longer be changed. Make sure to check the cancellation policy on your dashboard so you’re up-to-date with the start and end time.
