How does it work?
The Temper Pro badge is a great way to show clients that you're reliable and professional. The more shifts you work, the better your ratings, and the higher your attendance and punctuality, the more likely you are to earn it. Once you get the badge, it’ll show up on your profile when you apply for shifts, giving you a better shot at getting picked. Basically, if you keep showing up, doing a great job, and staying on time, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a Temper Pro.
These condition you need to meet are:
You worked 50 or more shifts.
Your overall rating is 4.6 or higher.
Your attendance is at least 95%.
Your punctuality is at least 97%.
The last 12 months you worked at least once.
You’re excluded by no more than 4 locations.
Once you get the Temper Pro badge, you can also earn extra badges for the job categories you work in. Each category has two types of badges that show clients you’ve got experience and skills in that area.
The golden badge
The golden badge is awarded for a particular category if you meet the following criteria (in addition to the general criteria described above):
You worked at least 30 shifts in the category.
Your average rating in the category is 4.9 or higher.
The silver badge
The silver badge is awarded for a particular category if you meet the following criteria:
You worked at least 20 shifts in the category.
Your average rating in this category is 4.6 or higher.
What are the advantages of Temper Pro?
This badge will be displayed on your profile and clients can see it while selecting candidates for their jobs.
