How can I make a claim on my insurance?

On the platform! Via the overview of insurances in your dashboard or directly during check-out of your shift

Would you like to submit a claim for one of the three insurance policies? Then report the claim to Alicia Benefits on the Temper platform as soon as you can.

Submitting a claim has to be done through the platform. It can be done in three different ways:

1. Directly through the Insurances page found in your profile menu (found at the top right of every screen). Choose the correct insurance policy for your claim and File a claim.


2. It can also be done via a shift in your dashboard.

  1. Go to your dashboard.

  2. Click on the job. The shift page will open.

  3. Scroll down and click on Report damage.

  4. You will now land on the Insurance page. Choose the appropriate insurance policy and File a claim.

3. Filing a claim can also be done directly upon checking out for your shift.

Note: In case of disability insurance, a Alicia Benefits employee will get in touch after you have filed a claim.
