Once you’ve worked for a client and you’ve done this properly, the client has the option to invite you to their flexpool. It's a group of FreeFlexers who have proven their worth in the specific job they were hired for. As a FreeFlexer you can choose if you want to accept this invitation.

You can join up to 8 flexpools. Once you have reached the maximum, you can still be invited for a new flexpool by a client. To accept the invitation, you will have to cancel one of your 8 existing connections to make room for the new one.

When you’re already part of a flexpool, you can automatically be accepted for a shift that you apply for. It will happen when the client has chosen the option to ‘automatically accept FreeFlexers from your flexpool’. This handy feature will be visible to you when there’s a lightning bolt next to a shift.
