Why do I not get chosen?

‘Not chosen’ means the client chose someone else. ‘Rejected’ means the client has opted to not work together for this shift

Can I be kept up to date about shifts on a specific day?

A lot of clients offer a free meal during your shift, but others do charge a minor fee

Do I have to pay for the meal I have during a shift?

Yes, but this will place you in a higher tax bracket.

I’m already employed. Is it possible to freeflex next to that?

That you’re part of the client’s flexpool and get accepted automatically

What does the lightning bolt mean?

This rule has been called into life in agreement with the Tax Authorities (Belastingdienst).

Why can I work only 660 hours a year for a client?
