Each shift is part of a job. A job contains the required skills, appearance and clothing requirements, an additional briefing, the location and contact details. Only after setting up the job, shifts can be placed. Jobs that are no longer required can be archived. They will always remain available, but are no longer visible in the dashboard.

If you are satisfied with how a freelancer worked, you can invite them to your Flexpool. This is a group of special freelancers who have proven they can perform well in this specific job. When placing shifts within this job, you can indicate that freelancers from your Flexpool are automatically accepted if they respond.
