If you work via the Temper platform, you will receive an important document from Finqle B.V. called a "deed of assignment." Read here what this means and why it's important for you.

What is a deed of assignment?

A deed of assignment is a legal document that records the transfer of rights or ownership from one party to another. In your case, it involves the transfer of your right to payment.

What does this mean for you as a FreeFlexer?

When you work through Temper as a FreeFlexer, you are entitled to payment from your client. With the deed of assignment, you transfer this right to Finqle B.V. This means:

  • Finqle B.V. now has the right to receive payment from your client.

  • You no longer need to collect the payment from your client yourself.

Why is this important?

  • It simplifies the payment process for you.

  • It ensures that Finqle B.V. can handle the payment on your behalf.

  • It is in line with the user agreement you have with Temper.

You don’t need to do anything yourself. The document will be automatically created and processed when you work via Temper. You can find it in your financial overview.
