If you choose DirectPay for your Freelance shift, your invoice payment is handled by the independent factoring company Finqle. You’ll be paid within minutes after your checkout is approved!

It’s the fastest and easiest way to get your money, as you’re not dependent on the client’s payment terms. Finqle pays the amount up front and takes over the debtor risk. The cost for this service is 2.9% of the total invoice amount. Keep in mind that, depending on your bank, it may still take an additional business day to appear in your account.

Before signing up for a shift, you can always see whether DirectPay is available. If it’s not, this will be clearly shown in the shift details, in the same section where the date and times are listed.

It’s that simple! If you don’t choose DirectPay, you’ll receive your payment only after the client has paid.

Please ensure you have a valid VAT-ID/CoC registered in your name. Our payment partner, Finqle, can't process your payments if these details are missing or incorrect.
