Settlement of your invoices goes through the factoring company Finqle. When the platform says that you have been paid but you haven’t received anything yet, it’s possible that the bank may need another day to process your payment. Pay extra attention to the weekends, as not all banks process payments over the weekend.
Please double-check your account number in your profile.
If after 2 days you still haven’t received your payment, please check whether your bank account number is correctly saved in your profile. Click on your name in the right top corner and scroll down to “My Profile”. Scroll down to your Invoice and Payment information. Is the bank account number correct? Have you recently updated your account number in your profile?
When you change your account number, Finqle sends a confirmation email. Your payments will be redirected to the new account only after you confirm the change via that email.
Is the account number incorrect in your profile?
Please adjust this to the correct account number, make sure to respond to the confirmation email from Finqle. After this, reach out to support, we will reach out to Finqle and ask them if the payment bounced and if they can transfer it again.
