There are two ways to invite FreeFlexers to shift; through flexpools and the Invite FreeFlexers option.
Flexpools
If a FreeFlexer has worked to your satisfaction, then you can invite them to your flexpool. This is a group of exceptional freelancers who have proven to perform in this particular job. The benefits of using flexpools are that you can choose to automatically accept these FreeFlexers and that they are more inclined to apply to your shifts. Invite FreeFlexers
With the "Invite FreeFlexers" functionality, you can proactively get your shifts filled yourself and also have more control over the applications instead of waiting for FreeFlexers to apply.
How does it work?
Go to your planning and click on a shift.
At the top, you'll see an ‘Invite FreeFlexers’ button. Click on it.
You now get 2 options:
Suggested FreeFlexers
With suggested FreeFlexers, you get to see all available FreeFlexers based on the following criteria. The FreeFlexer:
has worked in a relevant job category;
has no poor reviews;
is nearby (within 20 km on location);
has indicated that they are looking for a shift on the day in question.
Invite one or more of these FreeFlexers. FreeFlexers who will respond to your invitation will be automatically accepted for the shift.
Invite a specific FreeFlexer
Here you can invite specific FreeFlexers for the shift who have worked with you before. You can search for these FreeFlexers by name or by email address.
With both options, the invited FreeFlexers receive an email notification describing your shift. The FreeFlexer can go directly to the shift from the mail and accept the invitation.
