You can find your invoices under the “Financial Overview” section in your menu. Here, you can easily download your invoices and add them to your own records.
But heads up! We've switched to a new invoicing system. As we gradually move everything over, you might find invoices in both the new and old financial overview. Don't worry, you can easily switch between the two at any time.
How can you tell which overview you're in?
The old financial overview is just one page, while the new one has multiple tabs.
If you don't see the tabs at the top of the page, this means you're in the old financial overview. Just scroll down and click the button below to switch over.
Changing reference numbers.
You can also spot whether your invoices are from the old or new system by looking at the reference numbers.

What are invoices?
Each invoice has a unique reference number, which you can think of as the "name" of the invoice to help you tell them apart. Keep in mind that in this overview, you'll only see your own invoice numbers. Clients have a unique collective invoice number that includes invoices from multiple FreeFlexers. Usually, you can find this collective invoice number on your downloaded invoice. If it's not there, just get in touch with our support team.
Note: You can only download your invoices from the website, not the app!
